Till Aidan's birthday and we are on the Road to Hamilton.
Can you tell i am excited about it?
Last night was a horrible night for sleep at my house. Glen said he didn't wake to the children once, but Helyn was up at 230ish, Aidan woke up at 3ish, Helyn woke up again at 5ish, Liam was awake for the day at 530 and wanted to know if he could play his DS!

Emily and Jorian's mom has had a course the last couple of days and has been dropping them off at 7 instead of 6 and I have been unable to get one good nights sleep. So not fair!!
I was chippering up though and ready for the day when I saw the sun outside. The kids however had other plans. I don't know how many time outs, talkings to and break downs we had this morning. We had to leave playgroup early as no one was listening and I was just beat.
So Emily and Jorian just went down for a nap, Helyn and Waylon are watching Lady and the Tramp and I am catching something quick to eat before I start on my chores. Sigh... I have to start packing for the trip so I need to get laundry done first... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

What is going on?
I went to my first Yoga class last night with Debbie. It was nice to get out. I haven't done yoga in a long time and I can't just turn off the class to do something else, so it was nice to be out.
I am not too sore today thankfully.. little stiff.. but no pain.
Glen took the boys out to get their hair cut last night. They look pretty good. It had been about 2 months since their last appointment.
Things are moving along in the basement. Glen is done mudding and now we are onto sanding. Hopefully we are onto painting next week. The kids are getting excited. The room is really coming along. I am going to help Glen sand tonight. I have never tried... so it will be interesting.
We are off to Hamilton this weekend to visit my sister and take the kids to the Metro Toronto Zoo. It is a surprise so please don't tell them. We are going down on Aidan's birthday ( Saturday) and having cake with Becky and then to the Zoo on Sunday and Thanksgiving with her family and home on Monday. Its going to be a busy and tiresome weekend but will be great to see my sister and Ben.
I shall take pictures.
Um... oh yea.. Glen got me a new IPOD as mine disappeared. Its a Nano and when you move it sideways, the screen changes to stay up and down.
He got me a green one and he got an orange one. Woo Hoo.. now I have something to listen to on my walks.. if and when i get them.
Thanks sweetie. The boys want one each now. *rolleyes*

I made it!!
OMG! I made it.
Yea!!!
The kids were in good moods, played together really well today. The young ones rested for a bit so I got a turkey in the oven while they were either sleeping or watching a movie.
It smells so good!!!
We are going to see my sister in Hamilton next week for Thanksgiving and we are having ham so I need my turkey fix!!
Tonight we will be making Aidan's cupcakes for his sleepover tomorrow night. I don't think I will be able to decorate them until tomorrow because they are going to be too hot.. I should have bought the mix last week.. I am kicking myself now.

Another rainy day.
And we are supposed to get more rain tomorrow... aren't I lucky??
I was hoping to get out for a walk this morning with Helyn and Jorian after the kids were dropped off at school, but there is a cold wet rain out there today. Even though I can throw Jorian and Helyn under the stroller cover, I would rather not walk in it myself..
Oh well. Maybe tomorrow if its not too cold.
I started giving her stool softener again this morning. You can really taste it so I give her the dose in a few drinks. I was giving it to her months ago, but I didn't want to affect her potty training until it was better established which it is now so lets nip the poop thing in the bud.
She could taste it in her chocolate milk so I will keep it in her orange juice. I guess it breaks down the taste the best.
We have played trucks, wonder pets and with the castles this morning.
We also made some rice crispie treats... I have some laundry on the go and the dishes are all done. Only 2 more hours until nap time.. if Jorian makes it that long.. he is a little tireder today. ( is that a word).
