Happy Halloween

Oh wow.. today was a blur.

The kids had a blast. The boys had halloween parties at school, we had one here with our little friends and mommies.

Liam was a pokemon trainer, Aidan was Pikachu and Helyn was a butterfly.

Glen couldn't make it home as he was helping our friends move and things happened. He is still there. Here are some pics.

Tuesday Ramblings.

Busy Busy week.
Glen and Mark got the basement coated in primer this weekend and Glen put in the pot lights yesterday. Now we have to get the paint and the flooring down, then the baseboards... then maybe we will be done.

I am now hoping that it will be done by the 8th as Nana and Papa are taking the kids for the night and I would have time to put finishing touches before Glen gets home on Saturday before we head out for the night.

Glen is helping our friends Chris and Sandra move on Thursday and Friday. He won't be home Thursday night and will be helping move most of Friday but will be home in time for trick or treating.

Tonight Glen is at the Anaheim/Ottawa game with our friend Mark.
Me and our Friend Christine brought our kids to the Halloween Party at Beckwith. They had a great time. Aidan was Pikachu, Helyn was a ladybug ( saving her Butterfly costume for next week) and Liam was a pokemon trainer.

Helyn fell asleep within minutes on the couch. The boys are playing quietly in their room right now, or they might be sleeping but I doubt it.

Our Friday went pretty well. It was pretty cold this morning so we did the park later in the day. We should be pretty busy this weekend. We have a few things on our plate.. so time will go fast for sure.

Our computer had a virus and our ISP shut down our account because they said we were messing their server or something.
So Glen had to reformat last night.

We are back online today.

Updates * Liam is grounded for Lying to us about something he did and not telling us in the first place. He is not allowed to see his friends outside of school for a week. Its feels so mean.. but it is what is most important to him. He won't be able to go to the halloween party that is being put on by the town this weekend.

Aidan didn't do so well at the hockey game last night. He wanted to come home early into the game so the boys were home by 9. I guess its just not Aidan's thing. Luckily it was just a Florida Panther's game that Glen had to miss.

Helyn has been doing pretty good. She hasn't had any runny ones since last week, hasn't pooed either.. but yea.. What do i do with her? She is in good spirits for the most part. She loves to snuggle and play with her little dolls with me. Its adorable.
She just walks up to you and says : mommy, do you want to snuggle" and her arms are full of toys, you know she doesn't want to snuggle, she just wants your time. Its cute.

Puter problems.

Our puter has been crapping out the last couple of days.
So I might not be on as much until we finger it out.

The boys had their first skating lesson yesterday. Glen said they did awesome. He got some pics too. Will put those up soon.

Glen is taking Aidan to his first Sen's game tomorrow night. Aidan is pretty excited.

Liam has been uber moody lately. Could it be puberty starting early you think? He is happy and cheerful for a while and then all of a sudden he is crying, yelling or not talking to me anymore. Don't know what to do.

Helyn has been using the toilet! She hasn't used the potty in almost a week now. Pretty exciting as I don't have to carry it around anymore.

So yea.. there we go... talk to yall soon when I can

Gardening day.

I will be spending my morning working on the yard with our friend and neighbour Lena. Its only 4 degrees outside!!
Am I crazy?? I think so!
I just tidied up the house from last night ( as I went to bed at 830 with Helyn) and raked up the leaves and searched for dog messes.

Its going to be a lot of hard work, but going to be so worth it.
I will post some pics when we are done.
